Rates

M-F Daytime (~9am-5pm) | $20 - $30/hour
M-F Evening (After 5pm) & Weekends (Sat/Sun) | $30 - $40/hour

Unless otherwise discussed, payment is due 48 hours in advance of your booking - or ASAP if the booking is made within 48 of the rental.

Sliding Scale / Discounts

We believe in creating an accessible space, including the acknowledgment that people are in different economic situations. Therefore, we are willing to work on a sliding scale on a case to case basis as well as offering discounts and payment plans as applicable.

Please note any pricing requests at the end of the Rental Inquiry Form. All we ask is that you are honest in asking for the rate that works with your use of the space and your current economic situation.
