Rescheduling

If you need to move your rental, the first reschedule of that specific rental is free of charge. After that, each rescheduling will include a small fee.

Single Payment Rentals

​

Unless otherwise discussed, payment is due 48 hours in advance of your booking - or ASAP if the booking is made within 48 of the rental.

 

Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the rental.

​

If payment has been received prior to cancellation the booking fee will be refunded within two business days, based on cancellation timing:

• More than 2 week' notice - 100% refunded

• 48 hours to 2 weeks' notice - 50% refunded

• 24-48 hours notice - 25% refunded

• Within 24 hours notice - No refund

If payment has not been received, Midnight Room Rentals will still invoice for the appropriate amount given the timing of the cancellation.
